As the Customer Service Manager you will play a critical role in growing and developing the Customer Service department and team. The right individual will be highly organized, work at a fast pace, and know how to lead by example.

Department: Operations

Reports to: General Manager

Work Hours: Day Shift, Monday Friday; overtime as needed
Pay Scale: $55,000 - $65,000 per year + Benefits

Position Summary: As a CSR Manager for our company, you will be part of a telesales / outbound calling team responsible for aggressively growing our team and customer base. Generating and qualifying leads though cold calling, training and supervising new CSR representatives. Producing activity reports. Managing leads by tracking and following up on them. 

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience in management or being a team lead
  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • Ability to supervise and train others
  • Aggressive self-starter
  • Fast learner
  • Professional phone skills
  • General sales skills and aptitude
  • Customer service knowledge with strong follow up skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Conduct self in a professional manner at all times
  • Able to work flexible schedule that may include weekends
